We first want to thank you for sending your precious pets to come play and stay with us! All of the Paw Pals team feels incredibly lucky to able to work and play with your pets. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope we have been successful in providing you with great customer service and care.

This past year has been, without a doubt, one of the most challenging for family-owned small businesses like Paw Pals. Our #1 goal has been and will continue to be your pet’s comfort and safety while under our care. Our team members are continuously conducting new ways to exceed our goals and to ensure an enjoyable and safe place for pets to stay while pet parents are away. We take pride in providing a clean establishment by practicing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the entire facility, following strict vaccine requirements for every pet’s safety, and most recently upgrading our boarding kennels to the highest quality system.

In order to continue providing competitive pay for our staff and to address increases in operating costs, as well as continuing to maintain the services we currently offer, a small price increase will become effective starting March 1st, 2022 for most of our boarding and daycare services.
